Description du poste / Fonctions / Attributions :
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identifies, involves and organises inside and outside the organisation the relevant competencies to build the Key Account Plan.
- Develops and implements the annual Key Account plan of key customers
- Yearly discussion on the target setting, and objectives on the key account plan
- Creates added value by a tailor-made offer to the Key Account
- Supports profitable sales growth in the whole chain channel where the Key Account identified is active
- Improves the organisation's knowledge of the customer (structure, processes, needs, values, etc.)
- Identifies and influences the key decision makers and hence improves the customer's ability to create true value
- Supports increased market share, and successful introduction of new offers
- Ensures a high forecast quality and an optimized cost for the key account
- Support the registration of the legal entity in the Côte d'Ivoire

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Critical Knowledge
- Bachelor degree of Agriculture or equivalent knowledge (biology or chemistry) with proven Sales experience of minimum 5-7 years
- Deep knowledge of the Key Account
- Broad knowledge of the whole business chain
