Description du poste / Fonctions / Attributions :
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Identifies, involves and organises inside and outside the organisation the relevant competencies to build the Key Account Plan.
  • Develops and implements the annual Key Account plan of key customers
  • Yearly discussion on the target setting, and objectives on the key account plan
  • Creates added value by a tailor-made offer  to the Key Account
  • Supports profitable sales growth in the whole chain channel where the Key Account identified is active
  • Improves the organisation's knowledge of the customer (structure, processes, needs, values, etc.)
  • Identifies and influences the key decision makers and hence improves the customer's ability to create true value
  • Supports increased market share, and successful introduction of new offers
  • Ensures a high forecast quality and an optimized cost for the key account
  • Support the registration of the legal entity in the Côte d'Ivoire
Description du profil du candidat :
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Critical Knowledge
  • Bachelor degree of Agriculture or equivalent knowledge (biology or chemistry) with proven Sales experience of minimum 5-7 years
  • Deep knowledge of the Key Account
  • Broad knowledge of the whole business chain
