Description du poste / Fonctions / Attributions :
Role purpose
- Represents the technical viewpoints on the Key Account Management (KAM/CRO) team
- Provides technical leadership for the KAM/CRO internally and establishing / maintaining external technical network including key influencers
- Coordinates the portfolio process for the KAM/CRO including submissions and reviews of all PAFs & STRs and ensuring on their technical integrity and timeliness of all submissions
- Coordinate all field resource planning and trial activities ie trials allocation both internally and externally
- Responsible for the maintenance of techncial standards, external credibility and training
- Drive excellence in technical launch and support within their area
- Managers the technical integration and leverage of Seeds and CP technologies in the area
- Follows up and addresses any technical complaints of SYT products
- Manage the technical resource & prioritisation across all crops in the regions of the technical team – i.e. Technical Field Experts
- Manage the portfolio process in KAM/CRO by ensuring timely submission and review of all PAFs & STR ensuring their technical integrity
- Propose changes to SYT portfolio or offer nif relevant
- Liaison with field technical staff to ensure seamless delivery of messages
- Competitor knowledge gathering, gap identification and reporting & feedback
- Provide quality control on locally generated data – co-creates and signs off KAM/CRO technical information for use in the area
- Provide technical leadership and coordination of internal and external demonstration/offer performance trials
- Ensure effective local planning and trial results review
- Ensure seeds and CP technologies are leveraged as well as explore/optimise efficient crop solutions
- Design and deliver technical and stewardship training programs in their area
- Especially CRO: Takes on roles and responsibilities of Technical Field Experts for the CRO on an as-needed basis
- Engage in product stewardship activities & reviews
- Preparation of local labels and technical updates
- Increased profile for technical team
- Establishment of a technical community

- Establishment of relationships with key Customers, Farmers, Value Chain & influencers
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge and experience
- Hold critical internal & external crop expertise across a range of agronomic and market conditions
- Understanding of the role / value of technical information in a commercial environment
- In-depth crop & product knowledge - labelled and actual use patterns
- Understanding the aims of expertimentation, including trial design & statistical analysis
- In field technical experience including trials as well as commerical awareness
- Relationships with key national influencers
- Develops clear strategies and sets aligned objectives for individuals
- Gains commitment of key reports and stakeholders in a compelling way
- Manages risk and is able to work with uncertainty
- Provides opportunities for learning, development and growth
- Coaches people to connect across functions and boundaries to spark innovation
- Excellent understanding of customer needs and importance of distinctive value proposition
- Holds necessary Agronomy training qualifications
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
- Excellent interpretation of field trials data and conversion to use for product advice and technical support
